Brad Hostetter has been at the NCAA for eight years and has worked in intercollegiate athletics for 11 years. Currently, Hostetter holds the position of director of academic and membership affairs. Prior to joining the NCAA, he worked in the compliance office at Florida State University and as compliance coordinator at Weber State University. His primary areas include the oversight of ARS, interpretations (ILT) and working with the Division I Awards, Benefits and Financial Aid Cabinet and Championships/Sport Management Cabinet.

Hostetter earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a baseball student-athlete, and earned a master's degree in physical education with an emphasis in sports administration from Florida State University.
