The NAAC Reasonable Standards Committee has drafted its second round of Reasonable Standards which are intended to serve as a model for all institutions to follow to monitor compliance with specific NCAA rules and provide education on those rules. NAAC’s Reasonable Standards are intended to provide a framework, while also giving institutions the flexibility to determine the best way to implement each standard on their respective campuses. Before these proposed Reasonable Standards are finalized, the Reasonable Standards Committee is seeking feedback from the membership regarding the proposed Standards. Your thoughts, suggestions and comments are a valuable part of the process and will be considered by the Reasonable Standards Committee before the final Standards are submitted to the NAAC Board for final approval. The review and comment period for these proposed Reasonable Standards will close on February 28, 2011.
